1. Need for Speed Rivals

Street racing... I know you dreamt of doing it. I know I did (well still do). There's just something wild to it.Need for Speed is one of my all time favourite racing games. It combines good gaming experience with great graphics and superb cars (wouldn't mind having one or two in the garage).There are quite a few games in this series but Need for Speed Underground is my favourite at the time. The new addition - released in 2013 Need for Speed Rivals is something to look forward too. Well all of the games in the series (16 currently) are worth a play.This game is all about street racing.





2. Grid 2

Codemaster’s latest racing title offers a three-way split between track, dirt and street - and an ambition to garner wide appeal while delivering a deep driving simulation. Oh, and lovely menus. You can't forget the lovely menus.









3. RACE 07

Real Cars. Real Racing. 300 Cars on 32 Tracks. Thats what it's all about in RACE 07. Enjoy 9 different racing classes, each with its own distinctive character. From the prestigious World Touring Car Championship to the insance speed of the F3000 class. These are just a few of the many cars and the classes featured in this ultimate racing curcuits or city tracks and see the track through the unique Helmet Camera or with the immersive Action Camera. 4. Split Second

Another game that deserves to be on the top racing games list. This adrenaline pumping fast driving gem will have you hooked.The concept of this game is a bit different as it is not only about racing but also about destruction. The idea is that you as a driver are a part of a reality show (a lethal one at that) where you compete to become the ultimate champion (stay alive?). The whole city in which you race is made to be a TV setting and you can use the buildings and other structures to your advantage - by demolishing them and let them fall on or cross the roads of your competitors.




5. GTR 2

Extending the ground-breaking physics engine found in GTR, GTR 2 takes the thrill of driving to new heights. GTR 2, which is the official simulation of the FIA GT championship, features more than 140 high detailed cars and 34 different track-layouts in a hyper realistic racing world with breathtaking real-world-like effects. 6. F1 2013

Formula one is deemed to be one of the most glamorous sports in the world and it's a sport I have been watching on TV from as far as I can remember. At first I was a Ferarri fan, as my family was but later on I started to cheer more for the drivers than the teams. Currently all my cheers go to Kimi, who by the way you can beat in this game (have to say I am quite fond on the name of the team too).If you are used to playing racing games with cars you will notice the feel is a bit different (in a god way) when you play a formula one game. The vehicle responds in a different way (as it should) and you will get to learn and enjoy another level of gameplay.



7. RACE Injection

After years of success with the RACE series of games, RACE Injection marks the final chapter and closes the series with a real showstopper. Featuring everything from loud classic machines over high-tech touringcars, to the latest cutting edge formula racers, This is one for the ages!








8. Trackmania 2 Stadium

Trackmania 2 Stadium, goes in quite the opposite direction from the grit of Trackmania 2 Valley, introducing ludicrous loops, huge jumps and other stunt-bait to the racing-game construction kit’s grab bag of components.









9. GTR Evolution

In addition to many other tracks, players of GTR Evolution will drive the modern version of the monumental track of Nürburgring Nordschleife along with the Nürburgring GP layout. Dubbed "The Green Hell" by racing legend Jackie Stewart, the track is revered and feared as the most difficult anand treacherous track ever built. GTR Evolution for PC comes with 22 GT car models in 3 different classes plus a selection of exclusive production cars. Further to this SimBin adds WTCC Extreme, tuned concept cars based on the FIA WTCC cars





10. Trackmania's Valley

Trackmania's Valley expansion takes the racing-game construction kit off-road, with a slew of dirt tracks and rugged rallies to test your tyres. It isn't the the most outlandish of the Trackmania releases, but it looks a treat.
